Registration & Consultation:
Patient consultations will be conducted strictly on a “First Come, First Out” basis.
Maximum Capacity:
The camp will accommodate a maximum of 60 patients for consultations on the scheduled day.
Complimentary Consultation:
Patients who are unable to consult on the camp day due to capacity limits will be eligible for a complimentary consultation within one week from the camp date.
Reporting Time:
Participants are requested to reach the camp location at least 30 minutes before the registration closing time to ensure timely check-in and participation.
